Return Policy
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected if, for any reason, you wish to return an item or items.Here at TagEm UK our goal is to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase.
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 give you the right to a cooling off period of 7 working days starting the day after you receive the goods. If you do wish to return your order for any reason, we would ask that you give us the following information, by email to info@tag-em.co.uk within the 7 days: Your name, Address, Order number and Reason for return (eg damaged, received incorrect item, etc) and a Replacement item code (if applicable).
TagEm will then issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number, please quote this on your return. The customer is responsible for returning goods to us at their own expense. They must be in their original condition and you must take reasonable care that they are not damaged in transit. TagEm recommend you send them by recorded delivery or other secure method. Once received, we will do our up most to arrange a refund within the next 7 working days.
If we have made an error with your order and you request a replacement, or to return the goods we will cover reship at no extra cost to you. If the replacement is not due to our error, we will deduct £1.75 shipping costs from your refund. If the replacement value is of a higher price, we will require payment in full of the balance before shipping the order.
